07:00 AM - 04:30 PM Hours per Shift: 9 hours Experience: Minimum 1
year License: Current state license as a Physical Therapist
Certifications: CPR certification preferred Must-Have: Experience
in an acute rehabilitation setting Description: Performs initial
and ongoing assessments of patient's condition. Establishes,
revises, and evaluates a plan of care appropriate to problems
identified and involving the patient/family. Performs therapy
interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and
skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient. Oversees
activities of physical therapy assistants, students, and other
support personnel. Achieves and maintains targeted productivity.
Assists at other sites as patient demand dictates.
