Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week) - Possible 1
Saturday/month as OT - On Call: None Candidate Requirements ?
Experience Required: - Minimum 8 years in Mammography/Imaging - At
least 2 years in a leadership/manager-level role - (Combination of
education and experience can offset 8-year requirement) ?
Certifications Required: - ARRT (M) Mammography – cannot pend -
Texas MRT license – cannot pend - BLS (AHA) ? Education: -
Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s preferred ? Skills Needed:
- Strong in needle localization and biopsy ? Travel Experience: -
Strongly encouraged Department prefers local candidates Equipment &
Volumes - Modalities: Hologic (7 units), GE (2 units) - Volume:
20–25 cases/day per tech - Team Culture: Director takes pride in a

service consistently. Responsibilities Operational & Clinical
Leadership: - Oversee quality management and performance
improvement - Evaluate workflows and implement improvements -
Manage clinical IT systems (EMR, PACS, upgrades, optimization) -
Coordinate staffing, recruitment, and development of team - Oversee
equipment purchase, repair, and vendor coordination - Act as a
liaison across departments and vendors - Perform procedures as
needed Financial Management: - Develop and manage operating/capital
budgets - Monitor cost utilization, revenue targets, coding
integrity - Create and implement action plans to correct variances
Patient & Staff Experience: - Address patient safety issues and
satisfaction goals - Foster staff development and retention -
Collaborate with IT and clinical engineering for technology needs
