Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Post Partum - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel CONTRACT - RN - POSTPARTUM - 13 WEEKS 7:00P-7:00A 13 weeks, no call req BLS, NRP, nursing license Must have: BLS Preferred or nice to have: Previous L/D or Ante experience Unit Information: Number of Beds- 24 Number of Staff- 26 Type of staff: 1 charge, 4 RN s, 1 clerk during day. no PCTs at night Patient Ratios: 3:1 and 4:1, occasionally 2:1 depending on acuity EMR: Meditech and CPN List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Non stress tests, hyperemesis management, insulin drips Magnesium administration, heparin drips Best personality Fit: Teamwork oriented Good communication skills Dress Code: Navy blue.
