Night Shift | Full-Time - OB patients > 20 weeks gestation -
Patient Ratios: 1:2 (L&D), 1:2–3 (OB Triage) - 10 L&D rooms
| 2 OB Triage beds - Fast-paced, high-acuity, team-centered
