qualified CVICU RN in Fort Worth, Texas, 76104! Pay Information
$1,628 per week About The Position Job Title: RN - CVICU
Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cardiovascular Intensive
Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours
(07:00-19:00) Experience: Minimum 1 year of critical care
experience License: Active RN license Certifications: Required
certifications as needed Must-Have: Candidates must have 2 years of
critical care experience. Ventilator experience is required. Skills
in artery and central line management, and chest tube management
are essential. Experience with electronic medical records is
necessary. Description: This position is for a travel RN in the
cardiovascular intensive care unit. The unit has 16 beds and
employs 45 staff members. Staffing includes a clinical nurse
coordinator and a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio during both day and
night shifts. Required equipment includes GE monitors, EV 1000,
Hemispheres, CRRT (NextStage), Impella, Swan Ganz, arterial lines,
chest tubes, and ventilators. Typical procedures include
hemodynamic monitoring and the management of various medical
devices. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a
collaborative care environment. Flexibility with weekend shifts is
required. This position does not involve on-call duties.
