Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Staffing team at Ascension Providence Hospital. As a Float RN, you will provide direct nursing care in a diverse healthcare environment, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and serving as a coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including medical-surgical, pediatrics, and critical care.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care, including physicians, therapists, and other nurses.
• Assess and document patient condition, communicating effectively with the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
