About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at Fish Pond Surgery Center in Waco, TX. As a CST, you will play a vital role in ensuring the sterility of all supplies and instruments during surgical procedures.Key Responsibilities

• Assist the circulating nurse and surgical team in maintaining a sterile environment
• Ensure the accuracy of sponge, needle, and instrument counts
• Transport surgical equipment to cleaning areas and assist with reprocessing

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Completion of a Scrub Technician Program with subsequent certification
