Job Title: Registered Nurse RN ED Emergency DepartmentBaylor Scott & White Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our team in the Emergency Department ED. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive patient experience.Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying health issues and developing effective care plans
• Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing patient needs and responding to emergencies
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care delivery and achieve desired outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safetyRequirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current and valid nursing license
  • BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
