Job Title: Registered Respiratory TherapistWe are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at a hospital in Waco, Texas. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.Job Summary:

• Provide respiratory care services to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy.
• Conduct pulmonary function tests and interpret results to diagnose respiratory conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Respond to medical emergencies and perform routine maintenance on equipment.Requirements:
  • Must be a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner.
  • 1-2 years minimum acute care experience.
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Active Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle a multi-task environment.
  • Basic PC skills such as Windows NT and computerized respiratory equipment.Benefits:
