house supervisor to join our Behavioral Health team at
DePaul.Preferred Candidate will have at-least 2 years of nursing
experience, in a behavioral health unit. Ideal candidate will be

opportunities and support What You Will Do: Supervise and
coordinate unit staffing and provides leadership while ensuring
implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care in
assigned area.
- Assign, direct, educate and monitor nursing and support staff
during assigned shift. Contribute to or perform performance
evaluations of staff.
- Assess daily patient care needs and develop and distribute
patient care assignments, ensuring that population appropriate
patient care is given.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care and identify any
issues that affect desired patient outcomes.
- Respond to complaints about patient care and manages through
established channels.
- May provide input for hiring, training, directing, development
and evaluating of staff. What You Will Need: Licensure /
Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association
(AHA) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job
transfer date required.
- Licensed Clinical Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas
Board of Nursing required.Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
required.Work Experience:
- 1 year of experience required. Additional Preferences: No
