Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)
StartDate: 06/13/2022Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1600.00 - 2100.00



Required Qualifications
Home Health and Oasis experience required
Homecare Homebase documentation experience required
Client will only consider without Homecare Homebase if CLN agrees to complete online HCHB course prior to start date. It takes 2-3 hours and the cost ($250) is covered by AMN.

ASAP start date
