you will lead our dynamic team of Product Designers, UX
Researchers, and Design System specialists. In this role, you will
be responsible for the development and implementation of a
comprehensive UX strategy that aligns with our business goals. You
will collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure
seamless integration and execution of user experience initiatives.
This role is pivotal in driving our user-centric design philosophy
and ensuring our products deliver exceptional user experiences.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING(% of Time)Leadership and Management: (30%)
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of Product
Designers, UX Researchers, and Design System specialists.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that
encourages creativity and excellence.UX Strategy and Vision: (20%)
- Develop and implement a comprehensive UX strategy aligned with
business goals.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles across the
organization.User Research and Insights: (20%)
- Oversee user research activities, including usability testing,
interviews, and surveys.
- Analyze user data to inform design decisions and product
roadmaps.Design Oversight: (10%)
- Ensure the creation of intuitive, engaging, and accessible user
interfaces and interactions.
- Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and
scalability.Cross-Functional Collaboration: (10%)
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing
teams to align on user experience goals.
- Communicate UX vision and strategy to stakeholders at all
levels.Continuous Improvement: (10%)
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Implement processes for continuous feedback and improvement of
UX practices.DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEIf you can do everything

following would be helpful too:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant focus area (UX Design, Computer
Science, Psychology, Graphic Desing, etc.) or relevant professional
experience
- 8+ years of experience leading software user experience and
design teams.
- 4+ Years of Experience in people management positions
- Previous experience developing UX strategy that aligns with
business goals for tech modernization
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in UX design tools and methodologies.
- Ability to translate user insights into actionable design

travel to Dallas frequently.RelocationRelocation is not available
for this position.Pay$139,000 - $225,200 / year* Posted pay range
is based upon national average and may vary depending on
