Essential Functions:
The Role

The Assistant Rooms Operations Manager - Front Office is
responsible for oversight of day-to-day processes of Arrival Hosts,
Bell/Valet, PBX, Night Audit, and Transportation, while also
assisting guest experience. The role will have exposure and
responsibilities in primarily Front Office, Guest Services, and
Transportation with additional oversight in Housekeeping and
Laundry. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited
to:
--- Manage functions related to the arrival center of the hotel,
including arrival / departure experience, Bell/Valet, PBX, Night
Audit, and Transportation.
--- Upholding encouraging culture, an environment of inclusivity,
colleague and guest engagement.
--- Anticipating business opportunities to enhance guest and
colleague experience.
--- Controlling expenses, and driving the highest level of customer
service.

--- Maintaining departmental standards
