• Accelerated Career Growth!Job DetailsKey ResponsibilitiesSupervision of Quality Managers, Office Engineers, Assistant Project Managers and Assistant Administrative AssistantsAssure that projects are staffed correctlyPlan and hold estimating hand off meetingPlan and hold project kick off meetingAssure that project planning meetings are heldAssure that pre-planning processes are followedAssist project team with project risk management strategyAnalyze and write subcontractsCreate subcontractor bid tabsInitiate pre-qualifications of potential subsReview with Superintendent all purchases for material, rental equipment, and forming systemsPrepare and submit proposed changes to OwnerChair weekly project meetingsPrepare monthly billing to OwnerMaintain proposed changesMonitor progress and maintain project scheduleExpedite material deliveriesReview monthly job cost reports and prepare forecastsMonitor safety programResponsible for project close out including preparation of all warranties, as-built drawings and maintenance manualsInterested in hearing more?
