PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Regional Vice President (RVP) serves on the Executive Leadership Team and is the primary driver of leadership and culture for Company in the Waco region. The RVP is responsible for brand management as driven by the corporate headquarters. This leader is responsible for great communication with all stakeholders, external partners and vendors while driving consistent quality and excellence in areas of oversight as MA increase its regional footprint and kingdom impact. The RVP lends a voice into Company's strategy development and is responsible for strategy execution in the Waco region. KEY RESULT AREAS: Minister of the Gospel:--The Regional Vice President position is first and foremost considered to be a Minister of the Gospel. This position furthers Company's religious mission by:

• Exhibiting a passion for sharing Jesus and the gospel.
• Following Jesus Christ and witnessing and ministering for Him.
• Being able to explain the message of the gospel to kids and families of Company.
• Being willing and able to explain Company's beliefs and "Statement of Faith" in person or over the phone to kids and families of Company.
• Being ready, willing and able to lead or contribute to distinctly christian activities (including, but not limited to worship and staff chapel). Regional Strategic Development Plan:
  • Responsible for comprehensive development plan that is relevant and specific to the regional needs for fundraising and in accordance with the objectives of the region's organizational needs.
  • Owns and drives regional fundraising activities and results. Marketing and Brand Management:
    • Ensures regional "brand presence" is in alignment with the Company Branding Guide in order to produce consistency in overall goals of brand messaging.
    • Develops and executes the regional marketing plan for all programs and constituencies involved in the success of Company. Regional Health and Cultural Ambassador:
      • Fosters organizational health and cultural consistency of the organization's full-time and part-time staff teams in the Waco region. Safety and Risk Management:
        • Ensures program(s) integrity and "brand promise" of safety throughout all programs and ministry endeavors.
        • Oversees revenue generation, expense management and relevant controls for all programs and departments along with the corporate accounting team. Public Relations and Community Engagement:
          • Acts as the primary voice and face of the Waco region for media requirements and events during the opening and launching phase of the Waco region.
          • Serves as a member of Company's Executive Leadership Team. Other Duties as assigned by the Executive Vice President:
            • Any other duties to serve the ministry as assigned by the EVP or CEO.
            • Serve on appropriate committees; attend staff meeting, board meetings, and other staff functions.
            • Strengthen teamwork, collaboration, alignment, morale, transparency, credibility, and trust throughout the ministry.
            • Fulfill necessary tasks, projects or roles as assigned. Education and Experience
              • Bachelor's or experience equivalency; related master's preferred
