Job Description:

We are seeking a Manager of Back Office and Support Services to join our ever growing team! What your impact will be: - Day to day management of services resources, measure performance, ensure all staff maintain high levels of customer service. - Establish clear, measurable objectives for the services team, monitor & measure these objectives regularly, providing coaching & discipline as required. - Obtain additional signed contracts from the customer base for services and products equal to departmental bookings target. - Monitor the overall performance of the department by tracking and analyzing statistics and trends, providing reporting to the senior Management Team for weekly status meeting. - Provide proactive customer follow up, communication & issue management. Ensure contractual obligations are met and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. - Departmental planning and scheduling to ensure sufficient coverage. - Be a point of escalation for dealing with customers who are unhappy with some aspect of Harris services or support. - Identify and roll out new processes where needed. - Monitor ongoing customer satisfaction through whatever method necessary. - Participate in organization of regional, annual Customer Conference - Ensure that processes are in place to identify and capture billable items. - Monitor new opportunities to provide billable services.
