The ideal individuals will be excited to apply the hands-on training we provide and use it to execute marketing initiatives and provide daily support to the marketing management teamThe Assistant Brand Manager position is a valued team member in the marketing and advertising department. The position is considered entry level to start during training which includes a comprehensive overview of basic marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising and consumer market research. After successful completion of the program, an individual would be considered a team lead in the marketing department. The entry level Marketing Assistant reports directly to the Executive Marketing Manager.Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through face-to-face interactions at local events
• Promote to new demographics while meeting weekly sales goals
• Learn about the benefits and services of our products to effectively market to customers
• Attend training several times a week on-site at our local sales office
• Outgoing and sociable; willing to wear multiple hats and work on projects of all types
• Charismatic and friendly - you are the face of Via's brand
• Meticulous and vigilant, with keen attention to detail
• A savvy, tactful, and graceful communicator, you intuitively find the right tone in every situation

  • Salary: $40,000 - $60,000Preferred Education and Experience
    • 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing or brand management.
    • Previous Sales/Marketing or Brand Management Experience.
    • Ability to work as a team or by yourself.
    • A positive attitude.
