to earn up to $70,200 in total cash compensation, plus equity. Why
You’ll Love This Job You’ll thrive here if: You enjoy solving
technical problems—whether it's diagnosing a machine issue,
coordinating a repair, or overseeing an installation—and you take
ownership of every step from start to finish. You're comfortable
traveling frequently to job sites and working hands-on with
equipment and contractors. You like working with your hands—whether
it's assembling equipment, running wiring, or using power tools in
a workshop environment. You bring some mechanical or technical
experience—or, more importantly, a strong willingness to learn. You
stay calm and solutions-focused under pressure, especially when
managing issues across multiple locations simultaneously. You're
excited about scaling improvements that impact the entire team and
supporting major growth initiatives nationwide. What You’ll Do DEXA

contractors simultaneously. Primary work will be based in our
Austin, TX office, with occasional travel to other BodySpec
regions. Standardized Test Scores: If you’ve taken any standardized
tests such as the SAT, ACT, ASVAB, or others, we request you to
share your scores. This is not a requirement and will not be a sole
determining factor for hiring decisions, but it helps us learn more
about our candidates since we do not conduct pre-employment
