global scale. As a Construction Manager specializing in Base
Building, you will lead the construction of Crusoe's core building
structures, including structural frameworks, exterior walls, roofs,
and essential mechanical systems. As a key leader within the
organization, you will ensure the successful delivery of multiple
complex projects—on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
standards. What You’ll Be Working On: Project Leadership: Oversee
the construction of building shells and primary mechanical systems
for hyperscale AI Data Centers. Base Building Management: Direct
the development of roofs, exterior walls, and critical
infrastructure systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and company
objectives. Site Inspections & Quality Assurance: Conduct routine
site inspections to monitor progress and verify adherence to
safety, quality, and environmental standards. Stakeholder
Communication: Act as the primary liaison for internal teams and
external stakeholders, resolving challenges and ensuring smooth
communication. Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts
with contractors and vendors, ensuring high-quality execution and
adherence to agreements. Budget & Schedule Management: Maintain
strict adherence to project budgets and timelines, proactively
addressing potential issues. Risk Mitigation: Identify and
implement strategies to mitigate construction risks and ensure
project success. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with
engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless
project integration. Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on
project status, highlighting key milestones and potential
roadblocks. Safety Compliance: Enforce and maintain stringent
safety protocols on all construction sites. What You’ll Bring to
the Team: Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Construction
Management, Engineering, or a related field. Professional
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction
management, with a focus on base building projects for data
centers, industrial, or commercial facilities. Project Management
Expertise: Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale
construction projects. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding
of structural systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Software
Skills: Proficiency in construction management software (e.g.,
Procore, Primavera). Communication Prowess: Excellent
communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Travel
Flexibility: Ability to travel up to 30% to multiple project sites.
Bonus Points: Advanced degree or certifications in construction
management or related fields. Experience with hyperscale data
center construction. Familiarity with sustainable construction
practices. Experience with lean construction methodologies.
Advanced knowledge of building codes and regulations. Experience
managing projects over 100 million dollars in value. Experience
with complex electrical or mechanical systems. Benefits: Industry

will be paid in the range of $160,000 - $175,000 base salary Bonus.
Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation is
determined based on the applicant’s education, experience,
knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and
