Engineering & Test Capabilities (SE&TC) integrates, verifies,
and validates our products. We put our systems together, exercise
them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance,
and make sure our products work the first time and every time. To
accomplish this, we develop plans and procedures, debug and
evaluate system functions and interfaces, develop test
environments, and work together with our customers. What You Will
Do You will support the program’s integration & test efforts
through test planning, preparation & execution, BOE generation,
talent management and providing technical input from a SI&T
perspective. Interaction across functions and with the customer and
government labs is frequent. You will also lead the DDG Flight III
EMV and HERO test efforts. This will require direct coordination
with the customer test leads and with government test personnel at
Dahlgren. Some travel is required to Dahlgren, VA to support
testing. Responsibilities to Anticipate Perform integration,
verification, and testing to ensure the system under test performs
according to design, specs and/or requirements Perform data
collection activities, including review and assessment of data
elements, and provide detailed reports of results Trace and/or
correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems. Familiarity
with failure reporting, analysis, corrective action and/or fault
tree analysis Create/modify documentation in support of reviews
associated with formal testing Support field testing Communicate
weekly with customer counterparts to status and coordinate missile
builds and test events Coordinate across engineering functions to
support missile builds, test support and data analysis.
Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s in
science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a
minimum of five (5) years of relevant prior experience. Experience
with missile builds and missile systems. Experience directly
coordinating with USG customers & test personnel. Experience
supporting field tests, or systems deployed in the field. Active
and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is
required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required.
Qualifications We Prefer Existing TS clearance Knowledge of the
missile systems and program. Knowledge of the missile build
process. BOE/proposal development experience. Experience managing
and presenting technical data to Stakeholders and Customer
community, in design reviews and technical interchange meetings.

82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith
estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers
