In this role, you will work closely with various engineering teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions. You will also have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers throughout the project lifecycle. Conducting detailed feasibility studies, evaluating project viability, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in electrical engineering. Responsible for performing comprehensive testing and analysis of electrical systems to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions, ensuring the successful execution of projects. Additionally, you will prepare and present technical reports and documentation to project stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer with technical experience in the Oil & Gas and/or Power Generation industry. Profound knowledge of electrical engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices. Proficiency in using electrical design software and tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Training/Certifications that are a PLUS: oRegistered as a Professional Engineer in the State of TX. oRegistered as an Engineer in Training in the State of TX. Interested in hearing more?
