Description Join our team as an Assembly Worker, where you will
play a crucial role in preparing and positioning parts for
assembly. You will ensure that each component is fastened
correctly, check connections, and log any discrepancies. Your work
will involve reading measurements, verifying specifications, and
assembling parts to meet approved specifications. Responsibilities
Prepare and position parts for assembly, ensuring components are
fastened together correctly. Read measurements and verify
specifications to ensure accuracy. Measure completed components and
assemble parts to approved specifications. Interpret and follow
blueprints, work instructions, and technical specifications. Use
hand tools, power tools, and hydraulic equipment to assemble
components. Install rails, doors, and route hoses, fittings, and
valves as per hydraulic schematics and mechanical drawings. Conduct
in-process and final inspections to verify quality and compliance
with specifications. Maintain clean and organized workspaces while
adhering to safety and PPE standards. Log discrepancies, report
defective parts, and contribute to root-cause analysis. Assist with
packaging and staging of assembled components for distribution or
final integration. Participate in continuous improvement,
cross-training, and company-provided technical training. Essential
Skills Experience with assembly, hand tools, power tools, and
mechanical assembly. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and
schematics. Knowledge of electrical wiring and hydraulic equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in sheet metal
manufacturing is a plus. Strong attention to detail and

equipment as necessary. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to
Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay
range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility
requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to
