immediately hiring Assemblers in Austin, TX. We are seeking
experienced wiring and cabling assemblers to build electronic
systems. Our client has Great Company Culture, Overtime &
Air-Conditioned Environment. As an Assembler, you will: Assembly:
Read work orders, wiring diagrams, sample assemblies and follow
instructions to route, wire, and assemble electronic components,
subassemblies, and casings from telecommunications to aerospace.
Component preparation: Solder masking, taping non-solderable areas,
installing e-prom into sockets, and placing Rev levels onto boards,
switches or connectors. Tools: Utilize hand and semi-automatic
tools to apply protective coatings, join or secure parts in place.
Such as, Crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, welds, solders,
cements, press fits. Testing and inspection: Perform functional,
continuity, and dimensional tests on assemblies to ensure they meet
specifications. Light physical tasks such as changing conveyors
width. Repairs and rework: Identify defective parts and rework or
perform basic touch-ups according to blueprints, diagrams, and work
orders. Documentation: Fill out returned forms of conforming and
nonconforming materials and prepare setup kits for the incoming
shift. Collect data using SPC charts. Maintenance: Follow safety
procedures, maintain a clean workspace, and report any operational
difficulties. Competencies: This is a Full-time opportunity with OT
opportunities! 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday – Friday) - Pay
Rate: $17.00 per hour 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:15pm (Monday – Friday)
– Pay Rate: $18.70 per hour 3rd Shift: 11:00pm – 7:15am (Sunday –
Thursday) – Pay Rate: $19.13 per hour The ideal candidate will
have: Ability to read/write/speak English Ability to stand on your
feet, small step stools to perform tasks Ability to read blueprints
or schematics to complete tasks Strong manual dexterity and
hand/eye coordination Ability to use hand tools High School Diploma
or GED preferred but NOT Required. Payrate: $17.00 - $19.13 -
depending on shift *Pay range offered to a successful candidate
will be based on several factors, including the candidate's
education, work experience, work location, specific job duties,
