exciting period of growth and transforming the way we run and build
platforms. As part of our transformation, we are looking for a
highly skilled engineer to join our expanding Core Compute Platform
Engineering team.As a Kubernetes Engineer, you will help grow the
platform, owning its design and build, as well as being responsible
for monitoring performance. You will help the team deliver a fully
featured, secure platform and enable the business to deploy
applications, which are critical to our success.Key
responsibilities of the role include:Developing applications to
build and extend our Kubernetes compute platformWorking closely
with various other platform and development teams to help define
standards, best practices and aid migration and on-boarding of
applications onto the platformOn-call responsibilities for the most
critical parts of our Kubernetes infrastructureWho are we looking
for?Were looking for a highly skilled engineer with technical
experience of building high performance, scalable and resilient
infrastructure solutions.The ideal candidate will have the
following skills and experience:KubernetesCI/CD
principlesMicroservices and cloud-native applicationsA Linux
Engineering/DevOps/Networking/SRE backgroundA passion for
open-source developmentDevelopment skills in at least one of
