Employer's Academy for Teaching and Learning (ATL)seeks applicants for a one-year Postdoctoral TeachingFellowship in STEM Education. This is a one-year (ten-month) appointment with a competitivesalary and the possibility of renewal for one additional yeardepending on funding and performance. The ATL Teaching Fellow will teach introductory-level STEMcourses and develop and implement programs to enhance STEMeducation. The ATL Teaching Fellow may also conduct research onteaching and learning in STEM courses, make presentations touniversity instructors related to teaching and learning, contributeto STEM curriculum development, initiate and/or manage grantproposals for external funding in STEM disciplines, creatematerials for STEM educators, and provide training for teachingassistants and/or graduate student instructors of record. A doctoral degree in a STEM discipline in-hand by the start ofthe appointment is required. The ideal candidate will havedemonstrated experience in teaching, strong interests in educationresearch and familiarity with the scholarship of teaching andlearning, experience in grant proposals and/or grant projectmanagement, strong oral and written communication skills, andunderstanding of and commitment to Baylor's Christian mission.
