Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Seeking
experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K-12
students across multiple school locations in Arlington, TX. These
contract positions provide an opportunity to make a meaningful
impact by working directly with diverse student populations in
elementary, middle, and high school settings. Candidates with
SLP-CCC certification are preferred; Clinical Fellows must have
supervision arranged prior to starting, as the district does not
provide supervision. Position Locations and Caseloads: - Old
Settlers Elementary & Southridge Elementary: Serve 48 students
(K-5th grade), covering a maternity leave through March 31. -
Durham Middle School: Manage a caseload of 65 students (grades
6-8), contract through May 22. - Hebron High School/Hebron 9:
Support 85 students (grades 9-12), contract through May 22.
Responsibilities: - Provide individualized speech-language therapy
to K-12 students. - Collaborate with educators and families to
develop and implement effective treatment plans. - Maintain
accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and
legal requirements. - Participate in progress monitoring and team
meetings as required. - Adhere to all state licensing and school
policies. Qualifications: - Active state license for
Speech-Language Pathology. - Certification of Clinical Competence
(SLP-CCC) preferred. - Experience working in school settings with
K-12 populations. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
to collaborate with students, staff, and parents. - Ability to
arrange supervision ahead of start date for Clinical Fellows. This
role requires onsite presence at designated schools, offering a
structured environment and consistent schedule with flexibility for
