(Soccer), sports first super app. oleolesport.com oleolesport.com
is the curated marketplace for football fan travel experiences.
This site will run in parallel to the OleOle social network. What
we do oleolesport.com empowers people to identify football
experience and without any search requirements, simply presents the
traveler with vetted components necessary to bring the trip to life
tickets, lodging, flights and beyond. And we are building a
football super app. Why it matters Searching and successfully
planning a trip around an iconic football experience is
time-consuming, frustrating, overwhelming and often-times elusive.
Football is complicated unlike any other sport with players playing
for club and country simultaneously. Fans are looking for a place

planned and purchased in a matter of minutes without the endless
search-driven lunacy and inefficiency that comes with all travel
planning. There isnt a sports social network, oh some claim to be

platforms. Job Description Senior UX/UI Designer OleOle (Football
Social Network & Messaging Platform About OleOle OleOle is building
the ultimate social network and messaging platform for football a
native platform designed for web, mobile, and tablets. We’re
creating a place where fans, clubs, and brands connect seamlessly,
with features inspired by Twitter, TikTok, WhatsApp, and more. We
are a startup with big ambitions but no guarantees. Three and a
half weeks ago, we lost our funding, and the entire team including
engineers, designers, and leadership is currently working on a
deferred compensation basis until funding is secured. We know
raising capital is hard, and were being 100% transparent about the
risks involved. This is not a job for everyone its for those who
believe in the vision, thrive in uncertainty, and want to build
something groundbreaking from the ground up. What You Will Do
Develop intuitive, visually stunning interfaces that enhance user
engagement across feeds, messaging, live scores, and video
creation. Work closely with product, engineering, and branding
teams to create and refine interactive features for millions of
football fans. Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
components while maintaining a consistent design system. Optimize
user journeys and engagement loops, ensuring fans stay connected,
entertained, and informed. Collaborate with developers to ensure
high-quality implementation of designs across different devices and
screen sizes. Help shape OleOles design strategy, setting a strong
foundation for a world-class football social network. What Were
Looking For 5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in
social media, messaging apps, or fan engagement platforms. Startup
experience you thrive in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments and
can adapt quickly. Deep knowledge of mobile-first and responsive
design principles for web, iOS, and Android. Proficiency in Figma,
Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools. Strong understanding of
user psychology, interaction design, and visual storytelling.
Experience designing for high-traffic consumer platforms,
particularly in social media or gaming. A portfolio showcasing
world-class design work, preferably in social, messaging, or sports
apps. Strong communication skills you can present and justify your

“WhereFansKickOff” Qualifications Senior UX/UI Designer
Qualifications Since OleOle is building a native platform using
Rust, we need Senior UX/UI Designers who can work closely with
engineers using Rust-based frameworks for web and mobile
applications. While Rust is primarily a backend and systems
programming language, it’s increasingly used in frontend
development through WebAssembly (Wasm) and frameworks like Dioxus,
Leptos, and Yew. Here are the key qualifications were looking for:
5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in social media,
messaging apps, or fan engagement platforms. Experience designing
for Rust-based web or mobile applications (or willingness to learn
Rust-friendly frontend frameworks like Dioxus, Leptos, Yew, or
Tauri for desktop apps). Strong proficiency in UI/UX tools like
Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Protopic for interaction design.
Experience designing responsive, mobile-first applications with an
emphasis on fast-loading, high-performance UIs. Deep understanding
of UI patterns, interaction design, and usability best practices
for both web and mobile applications. Ability to work with
developers to translate designs into highly optimized Rust-based
frontends. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Familiarity with Rust-based
frontend frameworks (Dioxus, Leptos, Yew, or Tauri). Experience
with WebAssembly (Wasm) or Rust-powered UI rendering. Knowledge of
motion design and animations for Rust-based interfaces (e.g.,
leveraging WebGL, Bevy, or other Rust-friendly graphics engines).
Experience working in gaming, fintech tech, or high-traffic
platforms. Startup experience you thrive in fast-paced, high-risk,
and high-reward environments. Soft Skills & Mindset Problem-solving
mindset can create simple, intuitive user experiences even in
complex technical environments. Collaborative & adaptable able to
work closely with engineers, product teams, and leadership to bring
ideas to life. Startup mentality comfortable with ambiguity, fast
