Auto Collections Agent Location Fort Worth, TX (76177) | Onsite Compensation & Schedule • $18–$21/hr • Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm • W2, Long-term contractor • Start date: July 28 ROLE IMPACT As a member of the Insurance Total Loss team within the Collections Department, you will play a vital role in supporting customers and insurance representatives through timely and accurate claim processing. This position ensures sensitive account circumstances - such as total loss claims, Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), and deceased customer accounts - are handled efficiently and professionally. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage insurance-related queues, emails, phone calls, and physical mail to resolve claims • Collaborate with insurance agents and vendors to intake, monitor, and finalize total loss claims • Research customer accounts to verify claim eligibility and compliance with SCRA and deceased account procedures • Maintain clear, concise records and documentation across all applicable systems • Support both customers and external vendors with questions and claim updates via portal, phone, and email MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 1 year(s) collections experience REQUIRED • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment • Strong administrative and documentation skills with keen attention to detail • Ability to navigate multiple systems while actively handling phone communications CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Insurance claim portals • Multi-line phone systems • CRM and account management platforms • Email and document handling tools PREFERRED SKILLS • Familiarity with SCRA or deceased account processes • Experience supporting insurance-related administrative tasks • Proactive communication style with internal and external stakeholders By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
