Responsibilities: - Responsible for the sales of state of the art home security and home automation systems. - Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas listed above that allows Sales Associate to give effective presentation of the company's products. - Develops 4 month business plan in conjunction with Sales Manager, which details activities to follow during the summer, which will focus the Sales Associate on meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Complete understanding of pricing and proposal products. - Demonstrates the ability to carry on a comfortable conversation with home owners and decision makers. - Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors. - Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their home protection and convenience needs. - Responsible for all lead generation up to the close of the sale. - Attend weekly training meetings during the winter months (Part Time) - Attend daily training meetings during the summer selling season (Full Time) - Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes Relationships and Roles: Internal / External Cooperation - Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees. - Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity. - Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values. - Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with all team members Job Specifications: - Previous Sales experience preferred but not mandatory - Proven ability to achieve goals. Critical Skills: - MUST be hard working - Enthusiasm - Willingness to learn/apply proven sales techniques - Patience and Perseverance - Strong Communication skills Salary: Financial Numbers are based on our summer business model. - $325/week minimum or commissions ($400/sale) whichever is greater - 2019 Summer (May-Aug) AVERAGE first year representative income : $22,000 - 2019 Summer (May-Aug) AVERAGE Second year income : $62,000 - 2019 Summer (May-Aug) AVERAGE first year manager income: $149,200 - 2019 Summer (May-Aug) AVERAGE Regional Manager income: $302,400 Retroactive Pay Scale with numerous bonus levels.
