Enablement Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our Extended
Workforce Program, driving efficiencies and enhancing our
recruitment strategies. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our
talent acquisition processes, ensuring compliance, and
collaborating on innovative People & Culture initiatives. Let’s
talk job responsibilities: Assist our Business Units, P&C
Business Partners, and Vendors with our Workday VNDLY (Vendor
Management System) processes, ensuring seamless contractor hiring,
onboarding, and offboarding. Onboard new Business Units and
Suppliers with data gathering for contingent workers Continuously
evaluate our Extended Workforce Program, identifying opportunities
for optimization and implementing improvements for maximum
efficiency and effectiveness. Manage and monitor suppler engagement
to track performance and compliance, ensuring we partner with the
best, reflected in our vendor scorecard. Manage the VNDLY system,
providing administration, user training, and troubleshooting to
keep everything running smoothly. Conduct training sessions for
Workday and VNDLY, ensuring our team members have the skills and
knowledge they need to excel. Assist with timesheet and invoice
processing Screen candidates as necessary to support the business
Your experience and skills: Educational Background: A bachelor's
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field is preferred. Proven Experience: 2 years in talent
acquisition, either agency or in-house, with a strong focus on
operations and process optimization. Technical Proficiency:
Experience with Workday and VMS platforms, with strong skills in
system administration and configuration. Analytical Mindset:
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to
drive decision-making and process improvements. Project Management
Guru: Exceptional project management skills, capable of juggling
multiple projects and priorities. Communication Pro: Strong
communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating with
cross-functional teams and external partners. Detail-Oriented:
Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail, thriving in a
fast-paced environment. This is a Contract Assignment - estimated
